Filippa describes her look as 'psychedelic schoolgirl' - sailor collars, high waisted, gathered skirts, cute blouses and a little straw hat! Think Anne of Green Gables turns 21 and goes partying (ok maybe she's a bit more exciting too). She is a popular muse and was the inspiration behind the Lover AW0809 range 'Sacred Hearts'
